This Pricing Policy describes the subscription plans, usage limits, billing structure, and pricing-related terms for ShopiMods (the “App”), operated by Logic Wave Technologies LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By installing or using the App, you agree to this Pricing Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1. Subscription Plans
ShopiMods is offered on a subscription basis with usage-based order limits per billing cycle.
The current subscription plans are:

Prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. What Counts as an Order
For pricing and usage calculations:
- Each Shopify order synced to the external platform counts as one order
- Re-syncs, updates, tracking updates, or status changes do not count as additional orders
- Cancelled or fulfilled orders still count toward the monthly limit once synced
3. Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis
- Order limits reset automatically at the start of each billing cycle
- Unused order limits do not roll over to the next billing period
4. Taxes
- Prices are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes
- VAT is applied based on the merchant’s billing location and tax status
- The final payable amount will be displayed at checkout
5. Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades
- You may upgrade your plan at any time
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Charges are prorated for the remaining billing period where applicable
Downgrades
- Downgrades take effect immediately.
- Existing usage during the current cycle will be adjusted with the billing on upcoming months.
6. Exceeding Plan Limits
If you exceed your monthly order limit:
- Order syncing may be paused until the next billing cycle or
- You may be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan
We do not automatically charge overage fees unless explicitly agreed upon.
7. Price Changes
- We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features
- Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance
- Price changes apply only to future billing cycles and do not affect active periods
8. Refunds
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused order limits
9. Free Trials (If Applicable)
- Any free trial duration and conditions will be clearly disclosed at signup
- A valid payment method may be required to start a free trial
- Charges begin automatically after the trial ends unless canceled
10. Currency and Payment Processor
- All payments are processed in GBP
- Payments are handled securely via Stripe
- We do not store full payment card details on our servers
11. Suspension or Termination
Failure to complete payment may result in:
- Temporary suspension of order syncing
- Restriction of App features
- Termination of access in accordance with our Terms and Conditions
