What does Shopimods do?
Shopimods connects to your Shopify store, captures every order as it comes in, and forwards it automatically to the systems that fulfil it, such as your warehouse portal or any service that accepts a webhook.
Can I connect more than one Shopify store?
Yes. One organisation can connect several stores, and each store has its own rules for where orders are sent.
What happens if my warehouse system is offline?
Deliveries are retried automatically several times with increasing delays, and every attempt is recorded in the order’s action log so you can see exactly what happened.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
Not for built-in integrations: you add your portal details and choose which events to send. For a custom webhook you only need the URL of the system that should receive the order.
Is my data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Each organisation’s orders and stock are stored in their own dedicated tables, separate from every other account.
