From Shopify checkout to your warehouse, automatically
Setup takes minutes, not a development project. Here’s what happens from the first conversation to orders flowing on their own.
- Step 1
We set up your account
Get in touch and we create your Shopimods organisation and login. We’ll ask how you fulfil orders today so the setup fits.
- Step 2
Connect your Shopify store
From the dashboard, connect your store and approve access in Shopify. Shopimods registers the order webhooks it needs automatically. Repeat for each store.
- Step 3
Load your stock
Add SKUs one by one or import them from an Excel file, including bundles made of several items.
- Step 4
Choose where orders go
Add an order action to each store: create the order in your warehouse portal, or send it to a webhook URL, and choose which events trigger it.
- Step 5
Orders flow automatically
Every new order is captured in real time and delivered. If the receiving system is unavailable, Shopimods retries and logs each attempt.
Built so orders don’t get lost
Shopify can occasionally miss a webhook, and warehouse systems go down. Shopimods is designed around both.
- Webhooks deliver orders instantly; a sync every minute catches any that were missed.
- Orders are queued before delivery, so a busy period or restart doesn’t drop anything.
- Failed deliveries are retried automatically with increasing delays.
- Each order keeps a log of every action and its result.
- Duplicate deliveries of the same Shopify order are detected and ignored.
