What is ShopiMods?

ShopiMods is a Shopify app that exports your store orders, formats the order data, sends it to an external platform, and syncs tracking numbers and order status updates back to Shopify.

How does order syncing work?

When an order is created in Shopify, the app sends the order data to your configured external API. Any tracking numbers or status changes returned by the external platform are automatically updated in Shopify.

Does ShopiMods store my Shopify data?

ShopiMods stores only the minimum data required to provide order syncing and tracking updates. Data is never sold or used for advertising purposes.

What are bundle or SKU-based products?

If you use bundled products in your Shopify store, ShopiMods can break the bundle into individual child items using SKUs before sending the order data to the external platform.

How many orders can I sync per month?

Your monthly order limit depends on your active subscription plan. Each order is counted once when it is synced for the first time.

What happens if I exceed my plan limit?

If you reach your monthly order limit, order syncing may be paused until the next billing cycle or you can upgrade your plan at any time.

How is billing handled?

Billing is handled via secure Stripe subscriptions. Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Is ShopiMods affiliated with Shopify?

No. ShopiMods is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify.
